Published selection criteria

How players are selected.

DRAFT criteria for review. The final criteria will be published here before any selections are made.

  1. A complete application from a parent or guardian (or the player, if 18 or older), with consent.
  2. Grad year and position fit the five-player cluster being formed, so each group trains together well.
  3. Available for both the lab day and the retest date.
  4. Lives within travel distance of the cluster's lab location.
  5. Commits to the training plan between tests.
  6. No sponsor input. Selection is made by the TAP director against these criteria only.

Selection is based on published criteria. Any membership cost is shown clearly before you join; selection never requires a purchase.

No promised outcomes. Being selected is about fit for a training group, not a judgment of a player's future.
