Who we collect from
We collect information from parents or guardians, players 18 or older, coaches and organizations. If a player is under 13, a parent or guardian submits for them and we don't collect information directly from the child. Players under 18 are signed up by a parent or guardian.
Test results
Test results arrive through a private report link. Under 18, the link goes to the parent or guardian, and the player and parent both see the results. Players 18 or older see their own results, and a parent sees them only if the player opts in. Results are never shared with or sold to sponsors or brands. A minor's numbers are never posted. There are no public rankings or leaderboards. Measured, not graded. Not a medical evaluation.
FootSnap scans
FootSnap turns a single smartphone scan of each foot into a 3D model and measurements. Not a medical device. Scans are separate from test results.
Videos
Videos appear only with a signed release (a parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18) and after our review. Ask us and we'll take a clip down.
Texts
We text only people who check the text box. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
